She was not just our coordinator, but also a really good friend to talk wedding ideas through and did all of the thinking to see if each idea was possible. She was such an angel throughout the entire process. She was recommended by our baker, and our first initial phone call we hit it right off the bat. Courtney asked all the right questions and was so personable, it was extremely easy to get along with her so I knew it was the best decision to have her as our day of coordinator!
We started working together 3 months ahead, and Courtney was so attentive, detail oriented, supported and dedicated. She was there for us through the good and the bad. Courtney went above and beyond for our wedding weekend. We had multiple events on multiple days which was a huge undertaking. Thankfully Courtney was extremely organized and responsive throughout the planning process to help our wedding weekend to go on without a hitch. She was flexible in meeting times and always respectful in our communications. She keeps calm under pressure and was extremely supportive and helpful in coordinating with vendors.
On our wedding day it was extremely windy and we were outdoors and the pole that was beside ended up falling down towards us. Courtney literally held the pole to keep from falling for the remainder of our ceremony while simultaneously coordinating the ceremony. We will forever be grateful for that! No matter how much multitasking Courtney was doing she was always helpful with a smile. She did an incredible job for our wedding and engagement ceremony and we would definitely recommend for weddings!

Courtney made our wedding dreams come true by making it feel effortless! My biggest hopes for our wedding day was to be able to ultimately 1) enjoy/celebrate/be present in every moment with our loved ones, 2) enjoy OUR FOOD, and 3) have our plans/itinerary for the day go smoothly.
Courtney helped us prepare months in advance before for the big day, which paid off in the end. Courtney’s attention to detail, knowledgeable questions, and organizational skills were impressive. She made excel templates that kept all the details in one easy place and her supportive check-ins helped keep my nerves calm, especially planning a pandemic wedding. I was also impressed with her level of experience with unique aspects of our wedding plans. We had an out-of-state, Catholic wedding, and a Chinese tea ceremony! Phew!
On the day of rehearsal, I really looked to her for expertise. She helped steer the bridal party and family in the right direction. I felt very prepared, because she helped me organize little details, which made the rehearsal quick, efficient, and straight forward!
On the day of our wedding, she really had her eyes on everything in the background whether it was: supporting/guiding bridal party, assisting guests, coordinating with our venue, timing/collaborating with our master of ceremony (MC), and ensured the wrap-up/clean up was all in order by the end of the evening.
I got the privilege to reminisce about getting married to the man I love and making tearful/funny/joyous memories that I now can cherish forever, because I was not worrying about anything else.Courtney helped make all of my hopes and dream come true. Not only did she work so hard for us but I felt she truly cared about making our wishes come true even when we (mostly I) had doubts we could fit everything in. She really listened and cared about making our day come to life. Thank you for this priceless experience!

We were introduced to Courtney through a mutual friend and from the very initial meeting with her, we knew she would be someone we could rely on to help our wedding run as efficiently as possible. Courtney comes with a wealth of wedding knowledge and experience. In the wedding planning stage, she provided us with great advice based on what she has seen in other weddings. For instance, since our wedding was in late November and partially outdoors, she suggested that we get some cheap blankets for our guests to use during cocktail hour. Beyond just the suggestion, she knew where to get them and the approximate cost off the top of her head. The blankets were a big hit and definitely kept our guests warm and made great favors to boot. Courtney is extremely organized and detail oriented. Every meeting we had with her was followed up with documentation outlining what was discussed and what was decided. She definitely kept us on track and the notes she provided were invaluable. Another thing we greatly appreciated was her reliability. When she says she is going to contact all our vendors or send out our wedding day schedule by a specific date, it was done exactly when she said it would. This made everything so much simpler; there was never a time we had to follow-up with Courtney to get something done.
During our actual wedding day, all of the coordination went through Courtney. Every single vendor that came through the venue, what time they would arrive, what they had to do, when they needed to finish by was all coordinated by Courtney. She knew exactly which items we wanted at the ceremony site, which items needed to be moved to cocktail hour, which DIY items we wanted to get back at the end of the night, where we needed to be at what time, every single detail was handled by her. We followed her instructions and the entire day went so smoothly – it was truly a perfectly executed wedding in our opinion! Throughout the day, she unknowingly took a bunch of beautiful, behind-the-scenes photos for us – everything from the set-up, the beautiful details in decor, to the highlights of the evening as it unfolded. It really meant the world to us when she surprised us with these photos after the wedding weekend.
It is hard to convey our gratitude for all of Courtney’s hard work in one short review, but we would always recommend Courtney to anyone who wants a seasoned, responsible, organized, transparent, and diligent coordinator on their side. No detail is too small for Courtney, and we appreciated the care she took in creating an exceptional experience for us. Planning a wedding is a ton of work and we are so thankful we found Courtney to help us every step of the way!

Courtney is an amazingly talented professional and a great emotional “rock” during a stressful time. After a year of “waiting out” a pandemic to no avail, I decided to start planning my wedding 4 months out – meaning that I notified my closest friends and literally sent my first serious venue inquiry 4 months out. We engaged Pearls & BowTies Events 2 months out from our wedding date, and Courtney provided us with assurances that YES, this whole process is doable with the time and resources we had, and she kept us accountable. When I had vendors fall through, she gave more than enough references for me to backfill those vendors. I literally can’t say enough good things about working with Courtney on our wedding! We did as much as we could on our own but after she got involved the stress of planning melted away and I knew our wedding was in great hands. Courtney’s simultaneously fun, organized, helpful, and reassuring. An awesome source of information and support, she’s well-connected and was able to provide several vendor recommendations after I searched unsuccessfully. About a month before our wedding the ceremony site changed and everything was pushed up two hours – Courtney didn’t even flinch and was immediately up and running getting our vendors on the new timeline.

Literally I am such a type “A” person, that I always plan out everything and needed everything to go perfect in my eyes and Courtney did just that for our beautiful wedding. Courtney truly helped us so we can enjoy our big day and not have to worry about all the logistics. When we decided to hire Courtney as our wedding coordinator, she was present and readily available for us. Through text, phone, email, she answered our questions promptly. She took the time to get to know us as a couple, to get a better idea on what we liked and didn’t like. We had a getting-to-know-you meeting where she asked questions we didn’t even think about. She was interested every little detail! Throughout our wedding planning, she was in constant communication with our vendors so everyone was in the same page. On the big day, again, she was busy running around making sure everything was in place, and also made sure I didn’t have to worry about anything but just be “in the moment!” She was even available to help my bridesmaids with their makeup! Courtney was highly recommended by our photographer to be our wedding day of coordinator and I’m so glad I hired her, it was one of the best decisions I made! Right from the start, she hit the ground running. She went through every single vendor contract, asked questions we didn’t even think of asking, made a timeline and kept every vendor informed throughout the entire process. We had multiple calls/texts and she ALWAYS had a pleasant demeanor.

I’ve met my match!!! I knew that Courtney had to be our day of coordinator since our initial meeting. She is super professional, organized, and detail oriented. I thought I was all of those things, but she takes it to a whole other level with emails, text messages, and phone calls (cough, cough — she had texted me and emailed me from her vacation in Hawaii!!!). She had worked well with all of our vendors and my 250+ guests had nothing, but compliments on her services. Wedding details are her bread and butter. Courtney was literally heaven-sent… My now-husband and I went back and forth about hiring a day of wedding coordinator that less than two weeks before the big day we took a big leap of faith and Courtney went along for the ride. Our first meeting was about 3 hours long trying to catch her up with months of planning. She asked all these extra questions that we hadn’t thought of and guided us with what else needed to be done in such a short amount of time. Not gonna lie, I was quite overwhelmed from not knowing all the answers to her questions but she kept me calm and sent me a to do list the same night to keep me sane. She pretty much held our hand from beginning to end. From contacts either via email, text, or call she was there. The saying, “The devil is in the details” has nothing on Courtney. 🙂 Her work ethic and passion stood out from the moment we hired her.
